HCT Concierge arranges the things that are hard to arrange. Tables, suites, access. The app puts that in a member’s hand without making it feel like an app.
The service
HCT Concierge is a London-based luxury concierge that has since expanded into the Middle East, America and the rest of Europe. Members ask for something: a venue, a stay, an experience. Then it gets arranged.
Most apps are trying to look efficient. This one had the opposite brief. Members pay for someone else to do the work, and the app should not make them feel like they are doing it themselves.
The app is the only part of the service a member touches. It had better look like the rest of it.
What we built
The mobile app: curated collections across nightlife, hotels and experiences, venue detail with the imagery doing most of the talking, and the member’s own profile and requests.
The design runs dark, full-bleed and photographic, closer to an editorial title than a booking tool. Type is sparse on purpose. The pictures carry the promise, the copy stays out of the way.
