UI/UX design is the work that decides whether a product is understood in the first minute: UX research, UX audits, wireframing and prototyping, visual design and usability testing. Inventiff runs it for MVPs, redesigns and new products — research first, then the interface, then a test with real users before it is built.

Clarity to move forward.

Whether you’re working on an MVP, redesigning an existing app or product, or building a new one from scratch, our experts will help you get the clarity you need so you can move forward with confidence.

Understand your users first.

The first step to coming up with practical solutions is to really understand your users. By conducting targeted research, we’ll help you uncover what matters most for users, what motivates them, and what frustrates them so you can make informed decisions.

Find what’s quietly broken.

When something feels out of sync, but you can’t figure out what it is, you can count on us to take an in-depth look. Our UX audit will identify all the usability issues, friction points, and inefficient user flows, which will help us make actionable recommendations.

Design that guides action.

The visual interface of a product is just as important as the functionality. That’s why our top priority when designing is to ensure a cohesive user experience that represents your brand and acts like a solid flow that guides users and drives action.

Validate before you build.

Can’t afford guesswork? That’s why we’re here. We build wireframes and interactive prototypes that help you visualize concepts and ideas. Thanks to this, you’ll be able to validate assumptions and highlight any misalignments before implementation.

Catch friction before users do.

This step aims to identify potential friction flows that could cause users to get stuck while using your product. The goal is to create an intuitive experience that feels natural to the user and prevents frustrations.

What does our process look like?

1

Define

To bring more clarity to every project, we use a set of questions, such as: Who is the audience? What are the main pain points the company is trying to solve? What does the industry look like? The answers will shape the strategy, product vision, scope, and initial concepts.

2

Research

Next, we dig even deeper to understand the users so we can build something for real people, and not based on assumptions. To do this, we combine user and market research to gain the best insights when it comes to building the foundation.

3

Planning

Then, it’s all about creating a clear action plan by defining the technical requirements, mapping out user stories, creating user personas, sketching key flows, and outlining the roadmap, including key milestones.

4

Design

We start with wireframes and then continue with high-fidelity mockups that include your brand elements, such as colors, typography, iconography, and others. The goal is to create a user interface that looks great and works as expected.

5

Prototyping

This stage helps us to test user flows, gather essential feedback, and identify usability issues before development. More importantly, it allows you to visualize the product in action, refine the user experience if needed, and validate what’s already been done.

6

Usability testing

Before moving forward, we perform different usability tests to determine whether users struggle, hesitate, or drop off during specific flows. That way, we can refine flows and validate functionality to ensure a smooth user experience.

The problem
Our solution
“Our product just doesn’t feel up to date anymore.”
Outdated UI/UX can make products feel clunky, disrupting, and less credible. We’ve all used products that, even though they looked good, lacked clarity and intuitiveness. An up-to-date design will make sure users really enjoy your solution and keep them happy.
“We want our product to be accessible to everyone.”
Due to the European Accessibility Act (EAA), accessibility is no longer optional. Not only are you missing out on a significant part of your audience when your UI/UX excludes users with disabilities, but it also becomes a legal requirement for businesses operating in the EU.
“Every revision feels like we’re starting over.”
If every round of feedback only adds confusion and delays, it’s a clear sign that something needs to change. We use structured workflows and processes to keep things moving and make progress, so we can deliver every project on time.

UI/UX consulting, UX research, UX audits, visual design, wireframing and prototyping, and usability testing. For MVPs, redesigns and brand-new products.

Both. We start by understanding your users through targeted research, then design interfaces and flows on top of real insight rather than assumptions.

Yes. Our UX audit identifies usability issues, friction points and inefficient flows, then turns them into clear, actionable recommendations.

Accessibility is built in. With the European Accessibility Act now in force, we design so users with disabilities aren’t excluded and you stay compliant.
