Cartofisserie
Cartofisserie sells fries. The app turns a repeat customer into a known one. Points on every order, offers that only exist inside the app, and a reason to open it before choosing where to eat.
The problem with loyalty
Most fast-food loyalty schemes fail the same way. The card ends up in a drawer. The points are invisible. The offer lands in an inbox a week after it expired.
The programme here is called Carto Love, and the app is built around making the balance impossible to miss. Points and their history sit on the first screen. Everything else is one tap from there.
If the balance is not on the first screen, most people never find out they have one.

What we built
The mobile app: the points balance and its history, and a promotions feed split into what is redeemable in the app and what is redeemable in a location. A distinction that matters when someone is standing at the counter.
Offers carry their own rules and dates, from a Tuesday standing offer to a Black Friday window that runs for four days. The chain can push a new one without shipping a release.
